Web App: How do I change my credit card in the Account Overview?

You use the Billing Info tab on the Account Overview page to change your method of payment.

New Customer: How to Add a Credit Card

1. On the Web App Profile menu, click Account.




2. Click the Billing Info tab and then click Add Payment Method.


3. Complete the required Payment Method fields.


4. Complete the required Billing Address fields and c
lick Change Payment Method.





Existing Customer: How to Update a Credit Card

1. On the Web App Profile menu, click Account.





2. Click the Billing Info tab and then click Replace Payment Method.






3. On the Change Payment Method page, complete the required Payment Method fields.




4. Complete the required Billing Address fields and click Change Payment Method.








Existing Customer: How to Updated an Expired Credit Card

1. In the Web App, when the Your account is past due message appears, click the message text.

2. On the Change Payment Method page, complete the required fields




3. Complete the required Billing Address fields and click 
Change Payment Method
