You see this message when your account is past due. The message appears above the menu bar in the Web Application.
Your account may be past due because you changed credit card companies or your credit card has expired. You can resolve this issue by clicking the link and updating your credit card information on the Change Payment Method page.
1. In the Web App, when the “Your account is past due” message appears, click the message text.
2. On the Change Payment Method page, complete the required fields
3. Complete the Billing Address fields and click Change Payment Method
