Web App: How do I view my Account?

My Account is a section of the Web App that lets you manage your account and print reports. You use the Account page to view summary information for your account, change or update your credit card information, or view invoices.
The  Account page is used to change your payment method when you change credit cards or your credit card expires. You use the Billing Info tab to open the Change Payment Method page. 

The Account page has three tabs:

  • Overview tab includes the account type, monthly payment, payment due date, and line detail information.

  • Billing Info tab includes the payment cycle (monthly or annually) and payment method This tab also includes the Change Payment Method* button

  • Invoices tab includes a list of all invoices sent to you by Zipwhip. You can open any invoice from your first to your most current.

You can use the Reports page to create, view, and print a report that shows your inbound (received) and outbound (sent) message traffic. You can create reports for one day, one week, or one month.
