In the default Switchboard view, you can quickly see when an operator is replying to text messages in a specific account. When an operator is replying to incoming messages, then an animated “Typing” indicator appears on the appropriate Account Contact Card. The indicator appears only when an operator is typing a message within that account. If no operators are typing replies, then the indicator does not appear.
