How do I change my password?

1. To change your password, first log into the web application at landline.zipwhip.com with your username@phonenumber and current password
2. Click your user icon in the upper right hand corner of the web application (this icon shows your display name, your username@phonenumber, and either your initials or your uploaded photo)



3. The named user pop-up window will display, then click the Password tab to the left of the profile tab
4. Enter your current password, your desired new password, and confirm the new password
5. You will then receive a confirmation of the password change in a pop-up window in the web application; you should also receive an email confirmation to the email tied to your log-in​
