What is an Inactive status?

An Inactive status means that the user, either admin or operator, cannot log into the Zipwhip suite of applications. The user is unable to send or receive messages or have visibility into the system.



This user does not contribute to the number of users allowed to the account based on the service package.
Once an ‘Active’ user is set to ‘Inactive’ their messages are saved in the web application, as well as user information so the account can be toggled back to ‘Active’ status without having to recreating the user account. This functionality allows Multi-User accounts with a limited number of users the ability to manage account log-ins/access within the stipulations of account settings.
