1. First, find the individual, multiple, or group recipient for the scheduled text that you’re looking to delete in the All Conversations panel on the left-hand side of the web application.
2. Click on that contact, and any conversations with that contact will appear in the messages panel to the right of the conversations panel.
3. Next, find the scheduled text, identified by a small yellow clock and the time that the text will be delivered (unless scheduled to a group).
4. Next, select the scheduled text to highlight the desired message and then hit the Delete key.
Note: This is different that the backspace key.
You will then see the Really Delete prompt pop-up. Click the Yes button. The message will be deleted from the messaging tab and removed from the scheduled text queue.
